Explosion rips through Moscow restaurant that is favoured by Russian elite yards from Kremlin, leaving three dead - amid claims it was hosting a wedding

The blast took place in Kudrinskaya Square, which is located just over a mile from the Kremlin, at around 8.10pm local time on Saturday.
